Pricing policy (UK, BFPO, & Northern Ireland)

We operate a transparent pricing policy. All prices shown are DELIVERY prices and include :

  • VAT
  • Postage
  • Packing

There are no hidden extras or charges that will be added to your invoice at the checkout, or after the order has been processed. The price that we display for the part(s) is the total price that you will pay for the part(s) to be delivered to you.

Pricing policy (Orders from outside the UK)

If ordering from overseas the price is as stated plus there will be an additional postage charge to cover the extra cost of postage from the UK. This is worked out at the checkout before payment is taken.

Delivery details

Once your order has been placed, we will dispatch your parts by first class post the same day, or next morning (if after 3PM). Some heavy items may have to come by special delivery, which means that a signature will be required. You will be notified if this is the case.

Orders to mainland Europe should arrive within 3 working days, outside of Europe can take from 4-8 working days. If a part is out of stock, we will contact you with the likely delay on obtaining the parts (usually 48 hours) and give you the choice of waiting the extra time or canceling your order.

Our real-time stock indicator shows parts as:

  • In stock

These items are held at our dispatch centre for immediate dispatch. Expected delivery times are indicated on the product pages.

  • Normally in stock

These items are held in our main warehouse which we use to supply local customers and the trade. This means that a large selection of parts not marked as 'in stock' are still available for same-day dispatch.

  • Out of stock

This will normally indicate that the part is currently unavailable from the manufacturers.

NOTE: it is still possible to place an order for a part marked as out of stock. Such orders will be placed on back order and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. This will help those who cannot obtain their required part anywhere to receive it as soon as it becomes available. Also note, however, that we cannot give a delivery date for such orders.

  • Obsolete

This indicates that the part is currently unavailable and there is little or no chance of new stock being produced.

We may still display such items as they can help where replacement parts are available.
